Well hello everyone,
I was member in an important Organisation in Star Citizen, and we had a politic to avoid noobs and young players (in french we name them "kikoulols", don't know if you have the same word in english) an compulsory presentation post where candidates should write a few lines to present himself and tell his ambitions and the sector that would interest him (military, trading, mining, engineering, exploration or intelligence), so we could be sure that he fits to our org.
For example, before we set up this politic, a guy joined us, and we saw after a while that he wanted to be a pirate, and that obliged us to exclude him from the org.

Star Citizen and Dual Universe aren't even out yet so everybody is a noob.
To the second point: In the Empire everybody is free and can do whatever he wants as long as it doesn't compete with the Empire itself.

When I say noob, that's not an exact term, and when I say noob, I don't mean it in the way as a new player, but as a teenager that is not very mature and would troll all the time, which is very annoying.
This post would have for only goal avoiding trollers becaus we would see in this post what kind of guybe is.
Anyway, I would understand if my proposal is rejected.

Well like said the Empire is free and open allowing people to do whatever they want. But in the Military tests like this will be taken and everything will go on the record. Not saying immature people will be declined from Military but possibly sent to a fleet with a lot of Immature soldiers. |
